To our customers,

With the significant and growing concern in Canada of the COVID-19 (“coronavirus”) situation, we wish to provide you with an update on how Westland MyGroup Auto and Home Insurance is handling this situation as it relates to our customers and employees.

For our customers, we are fully operational. Our business is equipped and designed to service you in situations such as this. Westland MyGroup has invested in systems so that we are able to continue to service you by phone, email, online and through digital policy management. We are, and have been, operating in a 100% digital environment to meet our customers’ service preferences for some time now.

During this unprecedented event, we will help to slow the spread of the virus by suspending walk-in and in-person appointments. Please call  1-844-999-7687 or email service@westlandmygroup.ca for your service request.

For your Personal Home and Auto insurance, we encourage you to download our Client Access Centre mobile app (available on the App Store and Google Play) or access on a computer and computer access to view or request changes to your policies.

For our employees, we are communicating with them on a regular basis, promoting social distancing and cancelling business travel.  Our employees are equipped to work from home, and a skeleton staff will be in place in our offices as long as required. Westland MyGroup will reassess the COVID-19 situation on April 1, 2020.
