Class 1: automobile, watercraft, recreational vehicle, or farm implement dealership
Class 2: customs brokerage, freight forwarder, funeral director, travel agency
Class 3: deposit taking institution, mortgage broker

Applications can take up to 2 business days to be processed. You will receive your proof of insurance once it has been completed.
