Going Paperless: Introducing the Westland MyGroup Client Access Centre

Westland MyGroup has invested in a digital/paperless solution, providing you with a convenient way to access your insurance information, going forward!

Using our self-serve customer portal. Easily view and request changes to your insurance information 24/7, on any device.

Westland MyGroup Client Access Centre services and features:

  • View your policy details and wordings
  • Access your digital motor vehicle liability insurance slips (digital pink slips – now legal in Ontario
  • Report claims and upload photos directly from the scene
  • Request changes or modifications to your existing policy information

You’ll have immediate access to your policy documents and current liability slips. Requests to make changes to your policy will be available once they have been submitted, processed and uploaded to the Client Access Centre.Please contact your advisor directly if you have any concerns or questions.
