“I thought I would let you know that the service is really quite amazing. I received my renewal documents, and the premiums went up more than I expected. I thought of calling to review my policies, but before I got to that, I received an e-mail from one of the service reps. I called her, and she started looking in to any potential changes to bring those premiums down.
