Up to 5 employees (without GAP ): $550 premium (with GAP – $685)
6-10 employees (without GAP ): $715 premium (with GAP – $825)

Up to 5 employees (without GAP ): $685 premium (with GAP – $770)
6-10 employees (without GAP ): $795 premium (with GAP – $905)
Class 2: customs brokerage, freight forwarder, funeral director, travel agency

Up to 5 employees (Without GAP): $550 premium (with GAP – $685)
