Group insurance claims

Have a claim on your group home, auto, travel or commercial policy? We’ll guide you through the claims process and advocate on your behalf.

Step one

Prepare information regarding the claim, including:

  • Your policy number

  • Details about the incident

Step two

Log in to the Westland MyGroup 24forU Kiosk or call our service line at 1-844-999-7687 as soon as possible to provide details on the claim. We’ll get the details of the claim from you, and submit this to the insurance company.

If your claim is related to PetSecure Pet Insurance, please contact the claims team at www.petsecure.com/claims or by calling 1-800-268-1169.

Step three

An adjuster from your insurance company will contact you to answer any additional questions you may have, and to schedule an inspection.
